WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an Installation Services Representative to coordinate wooden house installation projects across Pineca Group markets. This is a hands-on operational role focused on planning installation activities, coordinating installation teams, communicating with clients, and resolving technical or organizational issues. You will help ensure that every project is completed on time, within budget, and according to the expected quality standards. You will report directly to the Service Operations Team Lead and collaborate with installation teams, clients, internal colleagues, suppliers, and external partners.

YOUR MISSION

Your mission is to ensure the smooth, efficient, and high-quality delivery of installation services—from initial planning through project completion. You will coordinate workloads, monitor progress, maintain clear communication between all parties, and proactively address issues that could affect deadlines, quality, costs, or customer satisfaction.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and organize wooden house installation services, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Prepare and adjust installation plans according to client needs, project schedules, and technical requirements.
  • Maintain continuous communication with installation teams to support the smooth execution of work.
  • Coordinate installation activities across different Pineca Group markets when required.
  • Act as a key point of contact for installation-related questions and updates.
  • Communicate with end clients regarding installation plans, progress, changes, and arising issues.
  • Ensure that all relevant parties have clear and up-to-date information throughout the installation process.
  • Proactively identify risks, delays, resource constraints, and other potential obstacles.
  • Handle challenging situations calmly, professionally, and solution-orientedly.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Experience in installation services, construction, project coordination, customer service, operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • The ability to manage several installation projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • A practical and structured approach to solving technical and organizational problems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with installers, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Confidence in handling challenging situations and making timely, well-considered decisions.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how operational decisions affect costs and profitability.
  • A responsible, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
  • The flexibility to support projects and teams across different markets.
  • English and German proficiency sufficient for effective professional communication.
  • Experience with wooden buildings, construction, assembly, or technical services is a strong advantage.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Competitive salary: EUR 2,000 - 3,000 gross per month based on your skills and experience + quarterly bonus based on your performance.
  • Hybrid working model: work from the office Monday to Wednesday, and enjoy the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week.
  • Private health insurance: additional health coverage for your well-being.
  • Sports budget: yearly support for physical activities and wellness.
  • Learning budget: annual allowance for training and professional development.
  • Empowering culture: a work environment built on respect, autonomy, and collaboration.
  • Team events: regular team-building activities and company gatherings.
