Head of Operations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead and develop our Operations function across three core areas: Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations. This is a strategic leadership role with end-to-end ownership of operational performance, continuous improvement, and the scalability of our operations across Europe.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES  

Supply Chain Management

• Own product procurement worth approximately €2M per month.
• Build and develop long-term strategic supplier relationships together with the COO.
• Establish and lead a dedicated Supply Chain Optimization function.
• Improve supplier performance, procurement processes, and unit economics.

Logistics

• Lead and optimize logistics operations across Europe, managing approximately 800–1,000 truckloads per month between warehouses and customer sites.
• Standardize logistics processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Develop reporting and performance insights that support data-driven business decisions.

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee operations across 13 warehouses.
• Improve inventory management, warehouse performance, and stock accuracy.
• Drive cost optimization while maintaining operational excellence.

Operations Management

• Own the long-term operational strategy and organizational development of the Operations function.
• Manage departmental budgeting, KPI/KRI development, and workforce planning.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 10 specialists, with further team growth planned as the business expands.
• Continuously improve processes, systems, and operational performance across the organization.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Proven experience as a Head of Operations, Head of Logistics, or in a similar senior operational leadership role.
• Fluency in both Lithuanian and English.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to operational excellence.
• Experience leading organizational change and driving process improvements using data.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make sound decisions under uncertainty.
• Experience working in businesses that sell and distribute physical products across European markets.
• Experience managing complex procurement, warehousing, and logistics operations.
• Experience leading international logistics networks and supply chain functions.
