WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

In this role, you'll help optimize sales processes, support data-driven decision-making, and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency. We're looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and excited to learn new tools and ways of working. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Support the analysis and documentation of current sales processes.
  • Assist in identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.
  • Help maintain and optimize CRM data quality and structure.
  • Support lead management processes, including routing and follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to track sales performance.
  • Work with the team to implement small process and system improvements.
  • Collaborate with architects and tech teams on day-to-day operational needs.
  • Contribute to maintaining clear documentation of processes and systems.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Business Support or any other administrative role.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to work with data (Excel / Google Sheets).
  • Good communication skills in English langue. French language would be a huge advantage. 
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
