B2B Business Development Representative

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As we expand our focus into B2B markets, we are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive the growth of partnerships with local real estate development companies in key European markets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively identify, approach, and establish partnerships with real estate development companies involved in land acquisition and residential construction projects, with a particular focus on prefabricated and wooden housing.
  • Leverage strong B2C market knowledge to tailor value-driven solutions for B2B clients, offering comprehensive and scalable service packages.
  • Independently develop and execute strategic business development plans, supporting the company’s expansion into B2B markets.
  • Build, manage, and nurture long-term, high-value relationships with developers, architects, and key stakeholders within the construction industry.
  • Manage post-order communication to ensure smooth execution and successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with the product design team to support the creation and execution of bespoke products / solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry expos, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Work closely with CSO and  internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and management of new partnerships.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights on market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to senior leadership.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, with a strong B2B focus; experience in real estate, construction, or housing is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Proven ability to independently identify, secure, and grow strategic partnerships with real estate developers.
  • Solid understanding of the residential housing market; experience with prefabricated or wooden housing solutions is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong focus on closing high-value deals.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of building successful, long-term business relationships.
  • Proficiency in German, Italian, Spanish, or French is considered an advantage.
