- Coordinate with legal service providers abroad.
- Work with international entities and understand cross-border legal specifics relevant to Pineca Group.
- Support the company’s expansion into new EU markets.

- Master’s degree in Law (or equivalent), with a specialization in employment/labour law.
- Solid experience in employment/labour law (in-house or law firm).
- Experience in client claims handling and/or consumer protection law.
- Experience working with or for international companies.
- Ability to independently create processes, run audits, and set up compliance frameworks.
- Strong organisational and project-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate legal language into clear business recommendations.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce or high-growth international companies.
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy (GDPR).
