After Sales Customer Support Representative - German Speaker

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are currently looking for an After Sales Support Specialist, based in our Vilnius office, with fluent German to join our After Sales Customer Support team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers after purchase, ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience throughout the after-sales journey.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Provide comprehensive after-sales support to German and English-speaking customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries and follow up on requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate logistics-related tasks and liaise with internal teams.
  • Manage customer claims and reclamations, keeping accurate records of interactions and actions taken.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure efficient daily workflows.
  • Contribute to continuously improving our after-sales service standards and customer experience.
  • Work during bank holidays (except Christmas and Easter); this is compensated with additional pay.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment within customer support, logistics, sales, communication, or a similar role.
  • Good spoken and written German and English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • High level of empathy, responsibility, and teamwork mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office.
