Sales Operations Coordinator - German Speaker

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator (German Speaker) at the early stages of their career who is eager to grow in Sales Operations. You have a strong interest in business processes, data analysis, and CRM systems, and you enjoy working in structured environments where you can contribute to improving efficiency.

You are curious, proactive, and willing to learn — comfortable supporting process improvements, working with data, and collaborating with different teams. You are eager to develop your skills in sales operations, systems, and analytics.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Support the analysis and documentation of current sales processes
  • Assist in identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements
  • Help maintain and optimize CRM data quality and structure
  • Support lead management processes, including routing and follow-ups
  • Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to track sales performance
  • Work with the team to implement small process and system improvements
  • Collaborate with architects and tech teams on day-to-day operational needs
  • Contribute to maintaining clear documentation of processes and systems

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Support or any other administrative role.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to work with data (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Good communication skills in German and English
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
