- Support recruitment across the entire organization, with a strong emphasis on commercial/sales roles and international positions requiring foreign language skills.
- Build strong talent pipelines and execute effective direct sourcing strategies to attract top candidates for priority roles.
- Improve the quality and volume of inbound applicants by contributing to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Leverage innovative recruitment strategies, market insights, and sourcing technologies adapted to evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with leadership to align workforce planning, talent strategy, and employer brand initiatives.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Proven experience in talent acquisition with a strong track record of direct sourcing and headhunting.
- Experience partnering with senior-level hiring managers, with the ability to coach, influence, and elevate hiring decision-making.
- A curious, agile, and data-driven mindset, comfortable testing and adopting new recruitment strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and with candidates.
- Experience hiring for commercial/sales roles or multilingual talent is a strong advantage.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
