ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a data-driven Sales Operations Manager to take full ownership of our sales processes, systems, and performance optimization. This is a high-impact role at the core of the business, directly influencing conversion, efficiency, and revenue outcomes.
You will play a key role in bringing structure, visibility, and scalability to a high-volume sales environment - shaping how we prioritize opportunities, manage the funnel, and make data-driven decisions at scale.
This role offers a unique opportunity to build and optimize a sales engine from end to end, combining process design, CRM systems, and automation. You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, driving real change through implementation - not just analysis.
You combine strong analytical thinking with a deep understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and lead management. You are comfortable working end-to-end - from identifying process gaps and defining solutions to driving implementation and continuous improvement.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and optimize the end-to-end sales process, identifying inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement.
- Define and manage the sales funnel structure, including lead prioritization, routing, and follow-up discipline.
- Build and maintain a pipeline and capacity model, ensuring clear visibility into targets, performance, and gaps.
- Drive CRM adoption, data quality, and reporting standards across teams.
- Standardize lead qualification and funnel transparency, improving conversion and decision-making.
- Lead automation and AI-driven initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Translate business needs into requirements and lead implementation with developers and stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Proven track record of analyzing and improving processes, and leading implementation end-to-end.
- Experience working in high-volume or fast-paced environments (B2C or similar) is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating with developers and cross-functional stakeholders.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- Competitive salary: EUR 3,700 - 5,000 gross per month based on your skills and experience + performance based bonus.
- Hybrid working model: work from the office Monday to Wednesday, and enjoy the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week.
- Private health insurance: additional health coverage for your well-being.
- Sports budget: yearly support for physical activities and wellness.
- Learning budget: annual allowance for training and professional development.
- Empowering culture: a work environment built on respect, autonomy, and collaboration.
- Team events: regular team-building activities and company gatherings.
- Annual team trip abroad: we celebrate our achievements with an unforgettable company trip.
