You will play a key role in coaching and developing your team, improving conversion rates, and making data-driven decisions to achieve ambitious revenue targets. We are looking for a proactive, growth-minded leader who can motivate people, drive results, and ensure operational excellence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Performance & Execution

  • Monitor daily sales performance and key KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, AOV, activity levels).
  • Own and manage pipeline health, ensuring strong coverage and conversion across all funnel stages.
  • Drive consistent execution of the sales process and ensure adherence to defined standards.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and high-quality lead management within CRM (data accuracy, activity tracking).

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5+ sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and call evaluations to improve team effectiveness.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions, training plans, and continuous development initiatives.
  • Build and scale the team through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing coaching.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and drive improvements.
  • Use data to inform decision-making, optimise performance, and implement effective changes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and other departments to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Contribute to forecasting, planning, and achievement of revenue targets.

Market & Business Contribution

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, customer experience, and overall business performance.
  • Support long-term planning and commercial optimisation across key markets.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • At least 5 years of proven leadership experience managing sales teams of 5 or more (strong advantage for experience in high-volume B2C lead environments).
  • Strong track record in sales, logistics, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Strong sales mindset with excellent communication, coaching, and people-development skills.
  • Solid understanding of inbound and outbound sales, ideally within a B2C environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and act effectively under uncertainty.
  • High level of ownership, motivation, and results orientation.
  • Experience implementing change and driving improvements based on data.
  • Fluent English and Lithuanian (spoken and written); additional European languages are an advantage.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Competitive salary: EUR 3,300 - 4,800 gross per month based on your skills and experience + bonus scheme.

  • Sports budget: yearly support for physical activities and wellness.
  • Learning budget: annual allowance for training and professional development.
  • Empowering culture: a work environment built on respect, autonomy, and collaboration.
