WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a data-driven and proactive Performance Marketing Specialist who is confident managing paid channels end-to-end and translating performance data into clear, actionable insights. You bring hands-on experience across paid social, search, and display, strong analytical thinking, and a structured, detail-oriented approach to campaign execution. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balance strategic thinking with operational delivery, and continuously test, learn, and optimize to drive measurable business results.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies and tactics aligned with business goals.
- Manage campaigns and budgets across paid social, search, and display channels, including optimization and reporting.
- Monitor performance to identify improvements, testing opportunities, and optimization levers.
- Drive data-backed decisions and recommendations, sharing insights clearly with the team.
- Collaborate on performance team projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- At least 2 years of experience managing paid channels like paid social, search, and display.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (preferred), Google Ads or Microsoft Ads.
- Proficiency in data tools like Google Sheets to interpret, visualize, and act on datasets.
- Analytical problem-solver with keen attention to detail and a "work smart" mindset.
- Organized and disciplined.
- Ability to deliver projects alongside core campaign duties.
Bonus skills: - Experience in high-ticket e-commerce / lead generation.
- Experience with managing big budgets.
- Leveraging AI tools to boost work efficiency.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and understanding of online tracking principles.
