WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Administrator who enjoys solving technical challenges and supporting colleagues in their day-to-day work. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related matters, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT operations across the organisation. We value someone who combines strong technical foundations with clear communication skills, takes ownership of issues, and continuously looks for ways to improve systems, processes, and user experience.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide first-line technical support to employees (Service Desk) by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, including hardware and software installation.
- Create, manage, and monitor user accounts, access rights, and security permissions.
- Ensure the smooth operation of office IT equipment, including printers, meeting rooms and other peripherals.
- Monitor and report on email and endpoint security.
- Work closely with the teammates on various initiatives and projects, such as system upgrades and implementations or process automation.
- Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and asset inventory.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments.
- Basic networking knowledge (VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
