Inbound Sales Representative - French Speaking

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an Inbound Sales Representative, based in our Vilnius office, with fluent French. You will join our growing Sales Team supporting the French market.

Your mission: 
professionally manage phone and online inbound inquiries (no cold calling) and turn them into happy, satisfied customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Convert inbound phone and online inquiries into successful sales (no cold outreach).
  • Identify customer needs, provide expert guidance, and recommend the best product solutions.
  • Support customers throughout the post-order process until successful delivery.
  • Work closely with architects and the factory to ensure smooth production and delivery of bespoke products.
  • Collaborate with your team to share knowledge and continuously improve sales practices.
  • Contribute to elevating our customer support quality to the next level.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Fluent French (C1+) and good spoken and written English (B level or above).
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively — you can manage several inquiries at once while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • A quick and efficient working style — you respond fast, think on your feet, and keep momentum in the sales process.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory — we value goal-oriented, motivated individuals.
  • Experience using a CRM system is an advantage.
  • Experience selling high-value or customizable products is a strong plus.
