WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a hands-on Retention Manager to lead and optimize our email marketing campaigns across our European markets. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, data-oriented, and passionate about driving customer engagement and retention on a large scale. You will play a key role in developing strategies and managing campaigns to build lasting customer relationships, improve lifetime value, and support the long-term growth of Pineca Group. Previous experience in e-commerce and working within diverse international teams is a strong plus.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Email Sending Platforms: Build, manage, and optimize complex automated email flows and sophisticated segmentation strategies across high-volume platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiently analyze metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and revenue-per-recipient. Adapt and refine strategies based on campaign performance insights.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Drive continuous improvement by designing and executing systematic A/B tests on subject lines, send times, formats, and layouts to maximize engagement and ROI.
  • Copywriting & Creative Direction: Create or oversee the production of compelling, on-brand copy and visuals tailored to diverse European audiences, ensuring all content resonates culturally and drives results.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in CRM or Email Marketing, ideally within E-commerce or high-value manufacturing environments.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale email sending platforms, optimizing deliverability and engagement.
  • European Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of GDPR compliance, with an appreciation for effective communication across diverse European regions and languages.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using Google Analytics and internal reporting tools to measure, interpret, and improve email campaign performance.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of additional European languages such as French, German, or Italian is a strong plus.
