WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Assembly & Service Operations & Development Team Lead who will take ownership of our existing assembly operations while leading and developing the service team.
This role is primarily operational and people-focused: ensuring smooth service delivery, centralised processes, strong team performance, and reliable financial results.
At the same time, this role offers the opportunity (nice to have) to contribute to the development and launch of new service lines, including our turn-key offering.

YOUR MISSION
Your core mission is to run, stabilise, and continuously improve our service operations — ensuring that assembly projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and at the expected quality level.
You will lead and develop the service team, centralise and optimise processes, and ensure clear ownership, accountability, and performance across service delivery.
In addition, you may support the evolution of new service offerings as the business grows.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Operations & Team Leadership (Must-have)

  • Lead and manage the assembly team, ensuring clear roles, workload balance, and high performance.
  • Drive centralisation of assembly operations, creating clarity and consistency across projects.
  • Own people management responsibilities, including onboarding, performance management, development, and daily leadership of the team.
  • Standardise, optimise, and continuously improve service delivery processes to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Ensure smooth and timely project execution, coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor service KPIs and ensure financial performance, cost control, and operational targets are met.
  • Identify operational risks and bottlenecks and proactively remove barriers to successful service delivery.

Service Development & Turn-Key Initiatives (Nice-to-have)

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of service offerings, including turn-key services.
  • Support MVP testing and gradual rollout of new services based on operational feedback and market needs.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure services are operationally ready for launch.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Experience leading service, assembly, installation, or operations teams.
  • You are comfortable owning day-to-day operations, processes, and results — not just planning them.
  • You have a structured, practical mindset and enjoy improving how things work.
  • You can handle ambiguity and take responsibility in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in construction, technical services, manufacturing, or similar operational environments is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with service development or turn-key solutions is a plus, but not required.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Competitive salary: EUR 4,500 - 5,300 gross per month based on your skills and experience + performance based bonus.
  • Hybrid working model: work from the office Monday to Wednesday, and enjoy the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week.
  • Private health insurance: additional health coverage for your well-being.
  • Sports budget: yearly support for physical activities and wellness.
  • Learning budget: annual allowance for training and professional development.
  • Empowering culture: a work environment built on respect, autonomy, and collaboration.
  • Team events: regular team-building activities and company gatherings.
  • Annual team trip abroad: we celebrate our achievements with an unforgettable company trip.
