WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Product Owner – AI & Transformation to lead the optimisation of business processes through smart, outcome-driven solutions. This role focuses on AI-enabled innovation, bespoke/custom solutions, and real business impact.
You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery, owning problems end-to-end and turning opportunities into measurable results.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own complex problems end-to-end: from opportunity identification and solution design to delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive execution hands-on, working directly with engineers and business stakeholders.
  • Lead AI-driven innovation to reduce manual work, improve decision-making, and unlock new value.
  • Choose the most effective solution path, weighing the AI and non-AI alternatives based on speed, impact, and business value.
  • Improve internal processes and customer-facing experience where it matters most.
  • Prioritise initiatives based on business value, outcomes, and impact, not just features or requests.
  • Ensure solutions move from concept to production and deliver real change.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with strong ownership and execution mindset.
  • Practical experience with AI-enabled solutions, or strong judgment and demonstrated interest in AI-driven approaches, including knowing when AI is (and isn’t) the right tool.
  • Demonstrated ability to move work forward, not just manage backlogs, ceremonies, or documentation.
  • Comfortable working hands-on with workflows, data, and day-to-day problem solving.
  • Clear and confident communicator with a strong bias toward action, accountability and result.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Lithuanian.
