About the Role

As a People Operations Assistant, you’ll be right at the heart of our growing People team, helping to keep our global operations running seamlessly. You’ll get hands-on exposure across the entire employee journey — from onboarding new joiners and maintaining our people systems to supporting compliance, employee records, and visa processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to positive onboarding experiences for new hires, including but not limited to welcoming emails, setting up meetings with the wider team and scheduling introductory sessions.
  • Support the creation and tracking of HR documents — employment verifications, probation letters, and more
  • Deal with employee queries about policies, systems, time-off, or HR documentation
  • Manage internal visa processes — supporting new hires with visa applications, renewals, or relocation documentation, this includes coordinating visa-related support for project-based travel or cross-border assignments, working with external immigration providers as needed
  • Maintain and organise HR documentation to ensure legal and audit compliance
  • Maintain and update employee data in our HR systems and internal tools (e.g., HiBob, Notion etc)
  • Take part in scaling and optimising People Ops processes as the company grows.

What You Bring

  • 1-2 years prior administrative experience in HR, People Ops, or visa/mobility support
  • A strong interest in HR and operations, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn systems like HiBob, Notion, Slack, etc.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment
