The Role
We have experienced incredible growth and are now looking for a member of the Talent Team to continue to expand. Working collaboratively across all verticals of the business, you will help create a frictionless end-to-end recruitment effort and a positive candidate experience. This role is a great for someone wanting to jump into start-up talent acquisition in a high-paced and very friendly and supportive environment.
What you will do
- Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
- Coordinate and communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status updates.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest
- Help with branding activities such as blog posts, events, and maintaining social media
What the ideal candidate looks like
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is preferred,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability and interest to work with quantitative data
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
- High interest in technology and AI would be desirable

Salary range:
$90,000 - 140,000 depending on experience
Seniority will be assessed throughout our interview process
