US Growth Lead - Mobile Marketing Strategist

Step into the role of US Growth Lead, where you'll drive mobile growth for top-tier enterprise clients across North America. This is a career-defining opportunity to spearhead Phiture's US expansion while working with world-class mobile brands that reach millions of users daily.

You'll have unmatched flexibility, ownership, and strategic impact as you work across multiple industry-leading brands within one role. This role is for growth leaders who thrive on mobile marketing strategy and are ready to take ownership of enterprise relationships that define our success.

Please note: As we're building our presence in the US, this role will play a pivotal part in this strategic expansion, and unlike other roles we advertise, this position is only available to candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own strategic client relationships. Build trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders at world-class mobile brands, guiding them through complex growth challenges.
  • Drive integrated growth strategies. Combine performance marketing, ASO, creative, and retention into cohesive strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead high-stakes engagements. Meet with Bay Area client teams in person (~1-2 times per month) and participate in executive-level meetings that directly impact brands reaching millions of users.
  • Shape the future of mobile growth. Solve complex client challenges and craft bold, long-term vision that transforms how top brands approach mobile marketing.
  • Build and mentor world-class teams. Lead cross-disciplinary teams of growth experts across the US and Europe while creating the foundation for our US expansion.
  • Win new enterprise business. Co-lead pitches and scoping discussions to expand our footprint with the most prestigious mobile brands in the market.
  • Deliver operational excellence. Set, monitor, and analyze performance metrics while ensuring strategic focus across complex projects.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in mobile growth marketing with a proven track record in fast-paced agency environments and managing complex, multi-disciplinary teams for enterprise clients.
  • Sharp business acumen and strategic mindset, with proven success navigating complex large client organizations and building trusted relationships with C-level executives in high-pressure environments.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to "read the room" in high-level meetings, steer alignment across organizational layers, and deliver compelling strategic narratives.
  • Deep understanding of mobile growth levers including ASO, CRM, performance marketing, and retention strategies—with the strategic vision to integrate these into cohesive growth frameworks.
  • Proven experience leading diverse teams and delivering cross-functional work across creative, technical, and strategic disciplines, with a track record of mentoring talent.
  • Business development experience with the ability to co-lead pitches, scope new opportunities, and build long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, especially in the Bay Area market.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, thriving on strategic problem-solving and translating complex growth challenges into actionable strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
