Mid-Level Designer (m/f/d)

WHAT TO EXPECT:
As a Designer at Phiture, you’ll focus on creating high-impact marketing assets for leading apps. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team of designers, copywriters, and mobile growth experts, developing creative that not only looks great - but performs. From app store visuals to UA campaigns, your work will help top apps grow and connect with their audiences globally.
You'll collaborate closely with clients and teammates to turn insights into engaging visuals that speak directly to mobile users. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about mobile marketing, understands what grabs a user’s attention, and wants to work at the intersection of creativity and strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Create high-performing marketing assets for mobile apps, including App Store visuals (screenshots, icons, preview videos), UA creatives, and static/video assets optimized for performance.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, motion designers, and growth consultants to develop creative strategies that align with user motivations and industry trends, and take performance data into account
- Use GenAI tools to supercharge your creative workflow
- Contribute to Phiture’s brand materials (e.g. conference visuals, event collateral, internal assets) and help evolve our visual identity across channels.
- Participate in feedback sessions and creative reviews, contributing to a high-standard design culture rooted in process, experimentation, and performance.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 3+ years of work experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing marketing assets for digital brands or consumer apps.
- Experience working within an agency or in-house brand team, ideally focused on mobile-first products.
- A deep interest in mobile marketing, user behavior, and the creative mechanics that drive engagement and installs.
- Great eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- A proactive attitude to integrating creative AI tools into your workflow
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe CC tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong grasp of working within brand guidelines while pushing for innovation.
- Ability to manage your workload, stay organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable working with deadlines, quick turnarounds, and evolving creative briefs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in A/B testing and conversion-driven creative optimization.
- Experience with Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firelfy, etc
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Notion.
- Basic motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere, or similar).
