Senior Growth Consultant - CRM & Retention (m/f/d)

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Join our marketing team, diving into mobile app retention audits and CRM programs for multiple clients. Utilize mobile analytics tools for user funnels and behavioral analysis, identifying issues and crafting impactful campaigns. Lead detailed CRM experiments aligned with user psychology, translating them into dynamic lifecycle flows. Collaborate closely with clients for A/B testing and analysis. Navigate the Mobile Growth Stack to drive impactful outcomes. Expect a dynamic position where your creativity and analytics contribute significantly to client success and Phiture's ongoing innovation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Work with a team of consultants on our mobile app growth audits + CRM programs working with multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Organize and ensure smooth operations within the pod daily.
  • Develop and refine strategies in collaboration with the Growth Lead.
  • Lead the regular client meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Beyond reporting, educate clients on the nuances of strategies, helping them understand the value and impact of the activities.
  • Mentor and guide Marketing Managers, helping them develop expertise.
  • Dive deep into the monthly metrics and set targets, analyze trends, and identify areas of concern or opportunity.
  • Collaborate with creative and analyst teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Scope detailed CRM experiments to validate hypotheses that align closely with user psychology and usage habits for a broad range of mobile apps.
  • Help the team turn experiments into complex lifecycle flows using triggers and segmentations that intelligently send campaigns with both static and dynamic content.
  • Collaborate closely with the client to A/B test new ideas. Measure and analyze the results.
  • Work with the Mobile Growth Stack and other relevant frameworks to help our clients drive impact.
  • Optimize and automate growth processes for our clients and within the Phiture team itself.
  • Stay updated on tools, technologies, and best practices within your channel of expertise.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

  • 5+ years of experience in driving demonstrated impact with experiments or strategic initiatives in a product or marketing role
  • Experience with Braze
  • Keen interest in improving retention, ideally with experience building retention + engagement through marketing automation or product development
  • Ability to drive data insights and build charts with analytics platforms like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Periscope.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically.
  • A drive for impact, a curious and tenacious approach, and a relentless desire to help our clients improve their growth metrics via data-driven experiments.
  • Excellent English skills – verbal and written

Nice to have:

  • ASO or performance marketing experience
