B2B Marketing Manager, Growth & Events (m/f/d)

WHAT TO EXPECT:
At Phiture, you’ll be a key driver in turning marketing strategy into action. This is an execution-heavy role for an experienced marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, mobile-first agency environment. You’ll own delivery across events, demand generation support, asset production, and website execution, working closely with the Marketing Team to ensure ideas are shipped quickly and reliably. If you enjoy coordinating, executing, and making marketing happen, this role offers clear ownership and real impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Events & Webinars
- Own selected events and webinars end-to-end.
- Manage timelines, partners, speakers, assets, registrations, and follow-ups.
- Ensure events support clear commercial or pipeline goals.
Marketing Asset Production
- Produce and ship marketing assets such as:
- Case study decks and sales slides
- One-pagers and enablement materials
- Social and campaign visuals
- Event and webinar materials
- Maintain quality, speed, and consistency with our positioning and brand.
- Collaborate with client-facing teams to surface wins and turn them into success stories.
Demand Generation & CRM Support
- Build and execute CRM workflows, follow-ups, and nurture sequences.
- Work closely with sales and product marketing stakeholders to increase meaningful touchpoints with prospects and clients.
- Help turn marketing activity into sales momentum.
Website Execution
- Own website updates and implementation.
- Work with content and copy owners to ship pages quickly and accurately.
- Ensure clean execution, QA, and basic conversion optimization.
Marketing Asset Library
- Own and maintain our marketing asset library.
- Keep assets organised, up to date, and easy to find for sales and client teams.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in an agency, consultancy, or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record owning execution-heavy marketing work.
- Comfortable running events and webinars.
- Hands-on experience producing marketing assets (Figma, Google Docs & Slides).
- Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot) and basic lifecycle or nurture workflows.
- Confident working in a CMS (WordPress) and executing website updates.
- Strong attention to detail and a practical design sense.
- Execution-first and highly reliable.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- Happy working with evolving strategies and imperfect briefs.
- Enjoys collaborating across teams and making others more effective

- Ownership of podcast production and publishing (if this matches your skillset).
