Digital Artworker (m/f/d)

WHAT TO EXPECT:

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with design tools, has a sharp eye for detail, and likes making things run smoothly. You’ll be supporting our Graphic and Motion Designers by preparing, adapting, and refining creative assets for use across different campaigns, platforms, and testing variants. It’s a role where consistency, accuracy, and efficiency matter just as much as creativity.

You’ll be part of a diverse creative team (design, motion, copy, ops), but your focus will be on execution and process: making sure files are technically flawless, deadlines are met, and workflows keep getting better. If you enjoy working with Figma and Photoshop, like the idea of solving problems through plugins, scripts, or automation, and take pride in delivering perfectly prepared files, this role will feel like a good fit.

While you’ll occasionally create original assets, the majority of your work will be about adapting existing designs and setting them up for success across multiple platforms. That makes this role especially well-suited to someone with a design background who’s more interested in production, systems, and efficiency than pursuing a traditional creative/UX design career path.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Adapt and repurpose existing design assets for new campaigns, platforms, and test variants
• Resize and localize creative for multiple channels and specifications
• Apply translations and ensure layouts remain clean and accurate
• QA creative files to meet high technical and brand standards
• Support senior creatives with technically accurate, production-ready files
• Explore and implement automation tools and workflows to speed up repetitive tasks
• Organize, maintain, and export asset libraries and project archives
• Occasionally create original assets when required, but always within established brand directions
• Work closely with Designers, Project Managers, and Consultants to hit tight deadlines on parallel projects

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 2+ years in a digital production, design support, or similar role (agency or in-house)
• Strong skills in Figma and Photoshop (mandatory)
• Proven ability to adapt and polish assets with high attention to detail
• Great organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• Familiarity with file formats, specs, and requirements for mobile-first platforms
• Strong English and communication skills
• Curiosity for automation and process optimization (plugins, scripts, batch exports, AI tools, etc.)

Nice to have:

• Adobe CC skills beyond Photoshop (After Effects, Illustrator)
• Experience with localization workflows or multilingual projects
• Interest in languages (bonus for non-Latin scripts)
