👤 What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and amendments.

✔️ Supporting compliance initiatives and helping ensure regulatory adherence.

✔️ Assisting with corporate governance and legal documentation.

✔️ Managing communication with external legal advisors and stakeholders.

✔️ Supporting teams with legal inquiries, risk assessments, and policy updates.

✔️ Conducting legal research and providing practical recommendations.

✔️ Ensuring documentation is stored, maintained, and legally up to date.

✔️ Providing legal guidance on operational and cross-functional initiatives.

📚 What You Bring to the Table:

✅ Solid knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law.

✅ Excellent legal drafting, analysis, and documentation review skills.

✅ Strong English communication skills (written & spoken) – Advanced level required.

✅ Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and research abilities.

✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with various departments.

✅ Previous experience with international legal work is a plus.
