Location: Bogota office (Chico district) on-site
Unique opportunity: A global remote-first company is looking for a Payments Processor to join its growing finance operations team.
As a Payments Processor, you’ll manage incoming payments, match transactions, and reconcile accounts to support U.S.-based healthcare clients. You’ll collaborate closely with internal and external teams — and fluent English communication is essential to keep everything running smoothly.
This is a full day, remote cooperation supporting U.S.-based clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Process and record incoming payments from insurance companies and patients
- Match payments with invoices and services provided
- Reconcile daily transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Update financial records and ensure accurate data entry
- Report payment trends, delays, or irregularities to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with U.S.-based teams to ensure timely resolution of payment issues
What You Bring
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- English communication skills (B2+ level)
- Experience with payment processing, accounting, or data entry (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and financial software
- Ability to meet deadlines and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- A problem-solving mindset and initiative
