π€ What Makes You a Great Fit?
βοΈ 2+ years of experience in HR analytics or data analysis.
βοΈ Strong analytical skills β You see patterns and opportunities where others see numbers.
βοΈ Tech-savvy β Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and statistical tools (Power BI or Tableau is a plus).
