👤 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Scheduling and managing healthcare service appointments.
✔️ Coordinating between clients, service providers, and internal teams.
✔️ Resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring smooth operations.
✔️ Maintaining accurate records of appointments and service requests.
✔️ Following up to confirm service completion.
✔️ Generating reports on service performance and appointment outcomes.
📚 What You Bring to the Table:
✅ Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
✅ Sharp attention to detail – accuracy in scheduling and communication is key.
✅ Familiarity with scheduling software and MS Office (especially Excel).
✅ Problem-solving mindset – you don’t just flag issues, you solve them.
✅ Upper-Intermediate English (B2+ level) – clear and professional communication.
