As an HR Administrator, you’ll help professionals feel welcome, supported, and ready to succeed from the moment they begin collaborating with us. Your cooperation will directly impact the experience, engagement, and smooth integration of every new collaborator.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing: 

✔ Keeping HR Data in Check – Ensuring our HRMS is accurate, up to date, and compliant with all standards. 
✔ Guiding New Professionals – Coordinating pre-boarding and onboarding to create a seamless, stress-free start. 
✔ Supporting HR Operations – Handling key administrative tasks, keeping processes efficient and communication clear. 

 

📚 What You Bring: 

🔹 B2+ English level – You can communicate clearly and professionally. 
🔹 1+ year of HR experience – Ideally, with experience in HR systems, onboarding, or data management. 
🔹 Attention to detail & organization – Accuracy, structure, and efficiency matter in this role. 
🔹 A people-first mindset – You care about creating a great experience for others and take a proactive approach to solving challenges.
