About the Role - As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between patients, American healthcare organizations, and insurance companies. Your primary focus will be on solving issues, providing support, and coordinating payments efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Engage with patients, American healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve payment-related issues.
- Facilitate clear communication between all parties to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Align payment processes and provide various options for compensation of services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and payment alignments.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of payment processes.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent support and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Proficient in English (B2+ level).
- Experience providing services to clients
- Strong multitasking abilities and stress-resistant nature.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
