📌 The Opportunity: 

We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist (Independent Contractor) to oversee payroll-related tasks in collaboration with our U.S. partners. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, processing, and reviewing payroll information, ensuring accuracy in compensation calculations, preparing payments, and maintaining precise payroll records. 

 

👤 What You’ll Be Doing: 

✔ Ensure accuracy – Process payments, timesheets, and deductions with precision. 
✔ Solve payroll challenges – Identify and resolve discrepancies before they become issues. 
✔ Support financial compliance – Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance. 
✔ Assist with payroll inquiries – Provide clarity and support to clients and internal teams. 
✔ Stay ahead of changes – Keep up with payroll regulations and best practices. 

 

📚 What You Need to Succeed: 

✔ 2+ years of experience in payroll or accounting. 
✔ Fluent English (B2+) – You’ll be working with U.S. clients. 
✔ Strong attention to detail – Accuracy is your priority. 
✔ Tech-savvy mindset – Experience with payroll software and Excel. 
✔ Confidentiality & professionalism – You handle sensitive data with integrity. 
✔ Problem-solving skills – You don’t just spot issues, you fix them. 
✔ Availability to provide services U.S. business hours – This role requires alignment with U.S. time zones.
