Position Overview:

As a Collections Specialist, you’ll be an essential part of Pharmbills’ mission, assisting American healthcare providers by managing client accounts with a focus on debt restructuring and payment solutions. This role operates according to the New York time zone, allowing seamless support to U.S.-based healthcare clients. In this role, you’ll engage with clients to develop effective payment plans and bring innovative solutions to ensure client satisfaction and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

Support U.S. healthcare clients by assessing account statuses and creating tailored restructuring and payment plans.
Engage with clients to discuss payment solutions, understand their financial situations, and address any concerns.
Navigate account reconciliations, ensuring payments are up-to-date and compliance standards are met.
Collaborate with the internal Pharmbills team to analyze trends, contribute to best practices, and ensure client accounts are well managed.

What You’ll Need:

Experience: Prior collections experience in finance, healthcare, or related fields is preferred.
English Proficiency: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with U.S.-based clients.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM or collections software.
Attention to Detail: An ability to manage and organize financial information with precision.
Problem Solving: Resourcefulness to navigate restructuring and payment planning with flexibility.
