Position Overview:

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Bogotá. This position will be based in our Bogotá office, where you’ll work alongside a collaborative and supportive team, operating in alignment with the New York time zone (8:00 AM - 3:30 PM EST). As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll handle day-to-day payment and invoicing tasks for our U.S.-based healthcare and insurance clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:

• Track and manage accounts payable activities, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Enter data accurately into financial systems and maintain up-to-date records.
• Work with U.S.-based clients to confirm payment details, address discrepancies, and maintain professional communication.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with the Pharmbills team to support process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.

What You’ll Need:

• Education: University degree (preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field).
• Language Skills: Good command of English to communicate effectively with U.S. clients.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and G-Suite; familiarity with financial or accounting software is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and organizational skills for maintaining financial records.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to work New York time zone hours from the Bogotá office.
