Position Overview 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support American insurance companies and clients, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance.  

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Record Keeping: Manage financial transactions, keep records updated, and reconcile bank and account statements. 
• Client Interaction: Handle calls and emails with insurance companies to provide account updates and resolve queries. 
• Billing and Payments: Process, verify, and document billing and payments, adhering to client standards. 
• Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate records in financial systems and verify insurance and account information. 
• Monthly Reports: Prepare reports for internal and client needs. 
• Audit Support: Organize records and support audit requests. 
• Compliance: Uphold data security policies and confidentiality for all client information. 

Skills and Qualifications 

• Experience: Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience, ideally in healthcare or insurance. 
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in accounting software and Excel. 
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and precision in record-keeping. 
• Effective Communication: Fluent English (B2 or higher) for client interactions. 
• Problem Solving: Ability to operate independently and adapt to changing needs.
