👤 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Talking to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to sort out payment-related issues.
✔️ Making sure all sides get the right info and payments go through properly.
✔️ Keeping clear, organized records of all interactions.
✔️ Suggesting ways to improve payment processes and make things run smoother.
✔️ Providing top-level support and helping people resolve problems.
📚 What You Bring to the Table:
✅ Strong English skills (B2+ level) – you can explain things clearly and professionally.
✅ Experience in customer support, healthcare, or insurance is a plus.
✅ Great multitasking skills – you can handle multiple conversations at once.
✅ A natural problem-solver – you don’t just listen, you find solutions.
✅ Friendly and professional communication – you know how to keep things clear and helpful.
