Position Overview:
Pharmbills is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing and accounts receivable processes for U.S.-based healthcare clients. You will ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain up-to-date financial records. The role requires working in the New York time zone to facilitate collaboration with U.S. clients and teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send accurate invoices to clients for healthcare services rendered.
• Monitor accounts receivable and manage the timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Review and resolve discrepancies related to invoicing and payments.
• Maintain organized and detailed records of invoices, payments, and communications with clients.
• Work closely with U.S.-based teams to streamline the accounts receivable process.
• Prepare and present regular accounts receivable reports to management.
• Assist in finance-related tasks as needed to support the team.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with accounting and billing software is a plus.
• Flexibility to work according to the New York time zone.
