HR People Partner

As we continue to scale, we’re searching for a curious, kind, and motivated HR People Partner (HRPP) to manage our HR team. Our HRPP delivers dedicated HR support for our people across multiple business units. 

  

As a trusted advisor, HRPP serves as the first point of contact for our people regarding HR-related matters. HRPP is a credible professional who partners with our leaders, offering thought leadership in executing various people initiatives and providing practical solutions to organizational challenges. What you’ll need 

  

— Strong command of English (upper-intermediate/B2 level). Fluency in Ukrainian. 

— 2+ years experience as HR Manager / HRPP/ Head of HR / HRBP. 

— Experience gained as HR in outsourcing / outstaffing companies size over 600 team members 

— Experience in tools of HR Analysis 

— Experience in the structurization of HR processes and policies 

— Experience in implementing large-scale HR and change initiatives and projects. 

— Experience in project management will be a plus. 

— Experience in an international environment within a complex matrix organization/IT company will be an advantage. 

— Organizational skills: establishes correct processes and procedures to achieve business objectives. 

— Attention to detail: works with a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness. 

— Analytical skills build a logical approach to addressing issues and opportunities. 

— Stress tolerance: functions well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment. 

— Emotional Intelligence: has a keen awareness of self and others and manages conflict and interpersonal issues effectively. 

— Tech savvy: the ability to quickly learn new technologies e.g., proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
