HR People Partner
Are You an HR People Partner… or a Mind Reader?
You walk into a room and instantly feel what’s going on.
Before anyone says a word, you already know:
Who’s frustrated. Who’s burned out. Who’s thinking of leaving.
You’re not guessing—you’re just paying attention.
You see what others miss. You hear what’s not being said.
And you care enough to do something about it.
At Pharmbills, we’re looking for an HR People Partner with that kind of intuition.
Someone who knows HR isn’t just about systems and policies—it’s about building trust, solving real problems, and helping people grow.
Here’s what you’ll actually be doing:
✔ Be the go-to person for HR-related questions and challenges
✔ Partner with team leads and managers to drive engagement, growth, and retention
✔ Support change initiatives, build structure, and improve the team members experience
✔ Shape and implement people strategies that make a real difference
✔ Promote a strong and inclusive culture—because you get people
What you’ll need:
📌 2+ years as an HRPP / HRBP / HR Manager / Head of HR
📌 Strong English (B2+) and fluent Ukrainian
📌 Experience with HR analysis, metrics & policy structuring
📌 A background in change management and people-focused projects
📌 Comfort working in international or matrix-style environments
📌 High emotional intelligence, strong communication, and solid project management skills
📌 Tech-savvy mindset — you pick up new tools quickly (Excel, Microsoft Suite, etc.)
Bonus if you’ve worked in IT or supported global teams before. Extra points if you're known as "the one who always knows what's really going on."
What you’ll get:
🕒 Flexible afternoon hours (12PM–8PM Kyiv time)
💸 Fair compensation and medical healthcare service
🏖️ Solid policy for days out of service provision
📚 Access to training, development, and ongoing learning
🌍 The chance to make a real impact in a global company that values people over process
📩 Think you’re the kind of HRPP who knows what people need—sometimes before they do?
Let’s talk.
