As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in building strong candidate pipelines for U.S. healthcare clients. You’ll be the first point of contact for candidates, conducting 8–10 interviews per day, assessing their skills, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.

👤 What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️ Reviewing the incoming candidate pipeline and assessing applications.
✔️ Conducting 8–10 structured interviews per day for U.S. healthcare positions.
✔️ Evaluating candidates’ English level and position fit.
✔️ Providing feedback to candidates and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
✔️ Coordinating with our Hiring Team to align on needs and timelines.
✔️ Managing candidate information within systems.
✔️ Acting proactively to meet tight deadlines and high-volume hiring targets.

📚 What You Bring to the Table:

Experience in recruitment or sales—you know how to engage with people effectively.
Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher) for professional candidate interaction.
✅ Proactive approach and ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
✅ Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems is a plus.
✅ A growth mindset and motivation to build a career in international recruitment.
