Middle Product Designer

We’re looking for a Middle Product Designer to join our design team and work on complex product interfaces, including back-office and widget experiences.
In this role, you’ll focus on building high-quality UI based on an existing design system, contributing to product UX, and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys structured systems, complex interfaces, and turning product requirements into scalable UI solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design product interfaces for back-office and widget experiences
- Build UI using an existing design system and contribute to its evolution
- Ensure consistency and quality across product interfaces
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Design team
- Translate product requirements into clean, scalable UI
- Contribute to usability improvements and UX decisions
- Participate in product discussions and design reviews
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product / UX/UI Designer
- Strong experience working with design systems
- Ability to build high-quality interfaces based on existing components and patterns
- Strong UI skills with solid UX fundamentals
- Experience designing complex products (dashboards, admin panels, SaaS)
- Proficiency in Figma
- Ability to work with product requirements and technical constraints
- Ownership mindset and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Fintech experience
- Experience with back-office or widget products
- Experience with usability testing or validating design solutions
- Close collaboration with developers
