Onboarding Project Manager

Limassol, Cyprus

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative PSP Onboarding Project Manager to play a pivotal role in launching and optimizing our global payment operations. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of new brand rollouts, ensure seamless PSP integrations, and act as a key connector between technical, operational, and product teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at managing complex workflows, and bring proven expertise in payments within Fintech or iGaming, this position offers the opportunity to directly influence performance, efficiency, and customer experience across our expanding portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Brand Launches: Ensure timely go-live of new brands with all required payment methods, PSP approvals, and technical readiness
  • Oversee PSP Delivery: Coordinate new brand launches and migrations to the widget platform, ensuring smooth execution and cross-team alignment
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact for PSP Onboarding, Tech AMs, Product, Project, Delivery, QA, and Implementation teams to drive efficient delivery
  • Monitor Launch & Performance: Provide post-launch support and monitor brand performance to resolve production or payment issues promptly
  • Maintain Operational Accuracy: Keep an updated inventory of active PSPs, payment methods, currencies, and markets to ensure compliance and transparency
  • Optimize Resource & Workflow Planning: Manage team capacity and delivery schedules while identifying and implementing process improvements for greater efficiency
  • Report & Communicate Progress: Track approval status, identify risks or delays, and provide clear, actionable updates to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management or delivery management within the payments in Fintech or iGaming
  • Strong understanding of payment systems and payment providers
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
