Junior Payments Onboarding Manager

As a part of our continuous growth we are looking for a Junior Payments Onboarding Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process of partners within the Payments department. This role involves managing the comprehensive onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth process and communication between the teams. The Onboarding Manager collaborates with internal teams and external partners to facilitate efficient and compliant onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in payments operations, onboarding, or a similar role
- Solid knowledge of payment processing systems and Fintech industry standards
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple merchant cases at once
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy with documentation
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for the new Partners, ensuring timely and accurate process
- Collaborate with Business Development Manager and Project Managers, Legal and Compliance teams to gather necessary documentation and information
- Ensure all the necessary legal and compliance documents are collected and verified during the onboarding process
- Act as a point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries, providing support and troubleshooting assistance
- Maintain clear and transparent communication with external partners and internal teams throughout the onboarding process
- Provide regular updates on onboarding progress to relevant stakeholders
- Handling the ad-hoc requests
