Payments Onboarding Manager

As a part of our continuous growth we are looking for a Payments Onboarding Manager to join the team.  You will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process of partners within the Payments department. This role involves managing the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth process and communication between the teams. The Onboarding Manager collaborates with internal teams and external partners to facilitate efficient and compliant onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in payments operations, onboarding, or a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of payment processing systems and industry standards
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the payments industry

Responsibilities

  • Leading the onboarding for the new Partners, ensuring timely and accurate process
  • Collaborate with Business Development Manager, Legal and Compliance teams to gather necessary documentation and information
  • Collaborate with technical teams to configure payment systems based on partner requirements
  • Ensure all the necessary legal and compliance documents are collected and verified during the onboarding process
  • Act as a point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries, providing support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Gather feedback from external partners, and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication with external partners and internal teams throughout the onboarding process
  • Provide regular updates on onboarding progress to relevant stakeholders
  • Handling the ad-hoc requests
