Payments Business Development Manager

We are on lookout for a Business Development Manager to drive business growth and revenue by identifying and developing strategic partnerships, expanding the PSP base, and ensuring the successful implementation of payment solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in the payments industry, with a minimum of 1 years in business development or sales roles. 
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Result driven, energetic and detail oriented, positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks to fit deadline.
  • Great written and oral English language skills.

Nice to have

  • At least 1 year of experience working with payments at iGaming or at PSP.
  • A strong network in the payments industry.
  • Russian language knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business, through actively identifying new partners for existing markets.
  • Development of the new markets.
  • Actively and successfully managing the sales process from lead generation, negotiations, getting agreements signed, and then handover the deal to the configuration team.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the payment solutions and their features.
  • Conducting competitive analysis and gathering market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
  • Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences.
