
HR Support, Madrid
The HR Team is currently looking for an assistant to support the HR team, based in Madrid. This individual will play a key role in supporting the learning and development team (David Kovara) as well as HR business partners (Christine Kuo).

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Actively support the L&D team with their global efforts
- Bring a core EA skillset to manage diaries, travel plans, expenses and ad hoc scheduling requests, working closely with other support professionals across Permira
- Actively manage all scheduling for the team including training, annual reviews, headcount requests etc. This will involve scheduling across multiple time zones and geographies and with individuals of varying seniority
- Acting as first point of contact for the L&D team
- Monitor progress of ongoing projects and producing status reports on areas including promotions, reviews, learning, development and staffing
- Providing constant follow up to ensure implementation projects are on track. For example, rollout of initiatives concerning culture & diversity
- Preparing and generating relevant documentation and reports to deliver to the wider HR team and our Chief Human Resources Officer, Caroline Carr
- Ad hoc administrative support as required for Talent Development team
- Fill in for other support professionals as / when required due to holidays

Desired Experience
- 3+ years’ relevant experience. Previous experience working in a global business with geographically dispersed stakeholders is preferred
- Skilled and trained on technical tools used for virtual events (virtual-live or online courses/meetings video conferencing, collaborative and communication tools, e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc.)
- Microsoft Outlook and Excel to an intermediate level
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential
