Junior Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a Junior Recruitment Officer to support hiring, manage job postings, and assist in the full recruitment cycle.
Main Responsibilities:
- Opening and running of new job positions in ATS
- Preparing or amending job descriptions according to the company needs
- Posting the job adverts on various job portals and managing the recruitment posting cycle
- Assisting with the conduct of interviews including screening calls, assessment tests, in-house and online interviews.
- Screening and selection of incoming CVs applications from candidates
- Liaise and organize interviews with candidates according to the hiring managers schedule
- Effectively manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Focus on Headhunting through LinkedIn
- Taking part in other HR/ Recruitment procedures and processes assigned by the management
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Human Resources or Business Management
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with a confident and positive personality
- Having attention to detail, problem solving skills and service orientation would be considered an advantage
- Have strong organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise across different tasks and meet deadlines as per business objectives
- Fluency in English & Greek language is a requirement. Additional languages will be considered an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
