Senior Account Manager

We’re hiring on behalf of our client a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships, shape strategy, and drive impactful, integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, ensuring their communication needs are met.
• Challenge client strategies where needed, bringing a consumer-first perspective and fresh ideas.
• Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with expectations, budgets, and timelines.
• Analyse customer journeys and identify key pain points, implementing strategies to improve experiences across touchpoints.
• Develop proposals, reports, and recommendations that drive actionable results.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, media, and PR, to deliver seamless solutions.
• Oversee onboarding processes and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
• Manage escalated concerns with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new technologies and insights into client strategies.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or communications
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and delivering successful campaigns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and strategies
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members
• Resilience under pressure and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
