Transfer Pricing Associate

On behalf of our client, we seek a Transfer Pricing Associate to support TP compliance, research, and advisory for multinational clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and reports under
    supervision.
  • Support senior team members in conducting transfer pricing risk assessments
    and planning strategies for multinational clients.
  • Help compile data and analysis for use in tax audits and disputes involving
    transfer pricing matters.
  • Monitor and summarize updates on local and international transfer pricing
    regulations and guidelines.
  • Perform benchmarking searches and assist in economic and financial
    analyses.
  • Draft communication and supporting materials for interactions with tax
    authorities as directed by senior staff.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to
    develop technical knowledge and skills in transfer pricing.
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field
    (or actively pursuing a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or
    ADIT)
  • Up to 1–2 years of experience in transfer pricing, tax, or a related field within
    a consulting firm or industry (internships or graduate roles also considered)
  • Basic understanding of Cypriot and international transfer pricing principles.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a team
    environment.
