Junior Technology Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and support Business Software (CRM, Business Systems, Cloud Platforms, AI) to assist clients in adopting and utilizing solutions.
- Provide functional support, including resolving functional system problems to ensure smooth operation for clients.
- Assist in delivering product pre-sales demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the key features and benefits of the solutions.
- Participate in the implementation process by assisting with assigned tasks and ensuring successful execution.
- Follow industry trends and be informed about advancements in cloud solutions to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, or other related fields.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
- Good communication skills in English and Greek.
- Knowledge of SoftOne, CRM.COM, Exelsys HCM, Pharmacy System or Payroll or any other business software will be considered as an advantage.
- A strong willingness to learn and grow in the technology field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
