To support this growth, we are looking for an Integration Manager who will will lead our Integration Team operations, ensuring unparalleled service levels and driving strategic customer engagement.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of TAM and Integration Analysts, driving high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee end-to-end technical onboarding for high-value merchants, ensuring tailored integration aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure every merchant goes live smoothly by streamlining implementation processes and eliminating bottlenecks.
- Support clients through API integration using clear documentation and best-practice guidance.
- Establish standardized procedures and maintain a robust knowledge base to enhance team efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to execute strategies that maximize merchant success and revenue potential.
- Act as the central point of coordination between support and commercial teams, ensuring unified execution of merchant strategies.
- Optimize cross-team workflows and enhance internal communication for better alignment and execution.
- Monitor VIP merchant performance to identify opportunities for increased transaction volume and conversion.
- Track and manage team KPIs, ensuring alignment with company priorities and performance targets.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing technical support teams.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving both individual and organizational goals.
- Strong understanding of business and commercial processes, with the ability to align technical support efforts with broader business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on fostering long-term client partnerships.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems and CRM tools like Jira, Freshdesk, and Salesforce.
- In-depth knowledge of technology and industry trends, with hands-on experience in API integrations, data analysis, and the use of technical tools such as Postman and SQL.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in systems administration, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in technology or project management are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Fintech industry, with a strong background in technical support, account management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-profile client relationships and leading technical support teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience working closely with commercial teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Travel availability is required.
