Join Payop during a period of significant growth as our only Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will have full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for all non-technical positions, shaping our future by identifying and attracting top talent.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and departments to understand specific talent needs and job requirements (starting from Vacancy intake stage)
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies through online platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and other channels
- Utilise Boolean search techniques and job boards to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial screenings and pre-qualify candidates based on skills and experience
- Provide timely communication, updates, and feedback throughout the recruitment process, addressing concerns and building trust
- Manage offer negotiation and ensure successful onboarding of new hires
- Conduct Reference Checks and Social Media Checks for all levels
- Work with the internal Applicant Tracking System (GreenHouse), keep data accurate and updated
- Partner with legal and HR teams to ensure compliance and ethical recruitment practices
Skills & requirements
- Previous experience working in a TA or Recruitment role with the main focus on non-technical positions (Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, HR, Operations, Sales, Account Management, Support, etc)
- Previous FinTech recruitment experience is a significant advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues effectively
- Skilled in negotiating offers and terms of employment with candidates
- Ability to identify and solve problems related to sourcing, recruitment, and other talent acquisition challenges
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment technology tools
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics
- English proficiency: B2+ (Upper Intermediate or higher) level of English proficiency
