We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Manager to join our team of FinTech experts. Our perfect candidate is eager to learn everything about worldwide payments, can describe complex processes understandably, manages complex data export requests from the database, and helps our clients with integration inquiries. Detailed onboarding flow, mentorship, and all the needed documentation will help you get to know today’s payments flow, our product and serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, answering their questions, and assisting with incoming data export requests from both our clients and other relevant departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming requests from customers via tickets and chats
- Provide replies to clients according to the internal KPI issues escalation flow to the relevant departments for further investigation, and their execution monitoring
- Assist customers with integration-related inquiries (API, WordPress, Opencard)
- Prepare reports for the customers and other departments according to the request
- Guides and manuals preparation about current procedures and technical documentation for clients and the department
- Bugs/technical issues reporting if such were detected
Requirements & skills
- Minimum 1 year of technical support experience (L2)
- Upper-intermediate/Advanced level of English proficiency
- Confident SQL user
- Advanced API/REST knowledge
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Zendesk, Jira & Confluence
- Understanding of the FinTech basic terms and the internet acquiring process
